got axbox 360 slim with video issue. i found out that some of the pins inside the AV port are bent up. I put i in the hdmi and ports are bent up in there as well. I got it one once but i have to constantly wiggle with the wire. is there any turorials on how to remove the av and hdmi module from the xbox 360 mobo and replace it with another.

No guides so to speak but it can tell you it's rather difficult to do. You simply flip it over and desolder all the ma y pins that hold to port in place. Use either desoldering braid or a solder sucker and of course plenty of flux. Start on the broken one as you'll likely break it more figuring it out.
Take note that the A/V and the hdmi port are two separate units. The A/V sits above the hdmi but is not attached. You have to remove the A/V port to gain access to the hdmi ports solder points.

Good luck!

That will likely help with the hdmi port. You could try it one the a/v points as well.

Personally I just apply fresh solder to the points and use plenty of flux. Then I use desoldering braid on each point. If need be you may have to add fresh solder a couple times to deluge the old enough to be able to remove. A lot of times you'll have to use tweezers to hold the center pin away from the sides so it doesn't make contact and bond again.
The hardest points are the anchor points. They tend to take a little more heat to get flowing.

A solder sucker would probably work well to. I don't use them because they stink up the house and my wife bitches!
Having a decent temp controller iron really helps. If your using some cheap old radio shack 15 watt iron don't even attempt it.

Yes chip quick should work, but I have heard mixed reviews about it. It is really good for removing stuff, but I hear it doesnt harden as well, so you will still need desoldering braid to clean it all off before you add fresh solder, or you will more then likely have bad solder joints.
