VIDEO Scrambled Look here

I've seen many many posts regarding Video
Either it being Scrambled or the V-hold off or one way or anothe people complain
" I don't know what I did or what my buddy did or uncle cousin ETC but now when I boot my box I can't see the screen it's scrambled.
Everytime I see a post like this I always give the same reply and 9time outta10 I get a PM telling me thanks it worked.
I am getting tired of the same old post so here it is for the general public to see.

If your video is scrambled
Boot up your box, During boot press and hold buttons A+B+X+Y
Continue to hold during and after boot DO NOT LET GO OF THE BUTTONS.
after a few seconds the Xbox should reboot by itself Now you can letgo of the buttons and all should be well.

no luck

yeah that didnt help me i tried the abxy thing and no luck. so what i did was i was in xbcl and i was messin around and i dont know why but i decided to change the video settings. now i get a screen that is in blaxk and white and is scrolling how fun ive tried loads of stuff nothing has worked so if there is something i could havve missed please tell me

ok i dont know why but i had to look forever to find this. if you screwed up your video regionthen then there is a Video Region Quick Swap feture (LEFT+X NTSC, LEFT+Y PAL - hold on bootup) it worked for me in xbcl but whatever i used the left joystick too i just want to say thanks a whole bunch to sb122606 for provideing this info.

ps. you know that you screwed up your video region if the picture is scrolling way fast
