Video Status Code 69-C00D7804

I own a Xbox 360 Slim 4GB. I have downloaded a movie from my computer and i have done the necessary arrangements and have converted the movie file. But it is not working and it is showing a status code 69-C00D7804. What to do ? Need help please. Urgent. My Xbox is Jtagged.

What file type did u convert it into.
U will need to apply the optional media update and enable contpatch in dashlaunch.

Also have to have kinect/avatar data installed or they wont play aswell

into avi and wmv both. Yes and i also used Optional Media Player. Will do it again.

Why not just run xmplayer? Most formats work without converting and reads ntfs drives too...

I have just like done everything. I have also used xmplayer but maybe there was a bit of confusion which is why it might have not worked.

Open the media update files in content manager and make sure they say unlocked. I had to unlock mine even with patch enabled
