installing visual studios.net 2003 professional on a windows xp pro w/ sp2 comp and its not working when i install the prerequisites. i've had different problems with it- it has frozen at the end of "setup runtime files" or it has finished that and frozen on "j# files". i've had other probs as well... i installed it on a comp w/ home edition and sp2 and it worked great though. i have troubleshooted on m$: they said to do a clean boot (no services or startup etc) and to log on as the administrator and to delete the files in the temp dir. i did that- no luck. any ideas?
