I have a V1.6 installing a Xecuter 2.6. The box is fragging. I checked all connections and they are clean and secure. I did a voltage check and found that pin 1 is reading .02 and pin 5 is reading .18. I know both of these readings are low. Can pin 5 be bridged? Where can I trace these points to find the power loss? I may try to un-install the header pin and try the wire install. A solderless spider chip install was attempted before I got this box. I was told that the chip moved during flashing of the Bios and the results were a fragging box. So at this point, I understand the fragging problem, but I am lost with the voltage issue.
