Wanna flash a debug Bios

Hi I recently installed a x3, and flashed it with the latest x3 bios (3294 i think) and I want to flash a debug bios (Yoshario). I was wondering what bank To flash this on, its a 256k bios. I flashed my chip with the x3 bios without the switch in if that helps. Also is there any easier way to flash since i have accece to the chip already? Ive seen things when ftping through the disk menu. Please help.

you can not flash another bios without wipping the x3 bios without the switch installed if you install switch flash bank 5 with Yoshario bios

x3 bios is on banks 1234 if you flash without switch
