Want to Flash to 3293?

Want to Flash to old Bios X3_3293, I want to flash to 3293 but i have 3294 on Bank 1234 and 5678 reason was when i Flashed the X3 CE chip it read the Bios Disc i made up with no problem. it load the X3 ok but when i came to install the Slayers Dash with the same brand of disc it did not want to know at all.
I don't know why that is if it could read the Bios disc ok why not the Dash disc?

so i want to try and install the OLD bios 3293 to Bank 1234 but when i press the power button and eject it loads up the old flashbios_v301 not the flashbios_v303 so can i install while useing the flashbios_v301? or do i have to put flashbios_v303 on?

I'm running the XboX Crystal 1.6 please help.

I don't think that its down to my Brand of disc that is the problem but i have orded some others to try any how.

It maybe how you burn the Slayer's disc or probably the file that you downloaded since it's a torrent file. If you already have X3CL then why don't you just FTP the files manually. BTW, Flashbios 3.01 is the only version that will work on v1.6 xbox like yours so don't look for 3.03...

just a hint flash the backup bank with the one that works V1.0 to V1.5 and V1.6b flashbios 3.0.3
and V1.6 flashbios 3.0.1 by useing the x3 bios so you have a working backup bios if you [email protected]#k up

Thanks will give it a try

But for the Slayers installer Disc i have used it on about 4 XboX's now but they have been 1.4 to 1.5 and it installed with no problem at all i have tested the game's Disc with the same brand of Disc and it works on all but the 1.6.

sorry not good at butting thinks in to words hope you can follow what I' going on about. LOL

Read the changelog.txt that came with X3 3294 - it clearly says to reset the chip to factory default before attempting to use it.

Therefore, boot to X3CL and select the open to reset the chip - it should now boot.

so how could i reset the mod chip if i cant get into the manager...i have X3 CE and it freezes up at the XBox logo with the mod chip active
