Want to set son's Xbox with Jtag

I want to set my son's Xbox with the newest and complete Jtag setup, but I have no idea what parts are need. Can someone tell me the newest components to install and any tips are welcome. I am an electronics Tech for LG Electronics. Thanks for the help.

First of all, which dashboard is on the console currently?

If you want to perform the reset glitch, your console must have HDMI (OPUS units don't but they have the HANA chip) - see the attached image to identify your motherboard type.

For the reset glitch I recommend the following hardware:

• Xecuter NAND-X
• Xecuter CoolRunner
• CoolRunner QSB kit for your console type (phat or slim)
• NAND-X to CoolRunner JTAG Cable
• Soldering Equipment (look here for advice and tips)

Need to know what motherboard you have in your console and what dashboard you are on before you can proceed.

Thats what kind of direction I was needing. Is there anything more besides the reset glitch?

Well, if you have the new dashboard then the reset glitch is your only option.

The JTAG/SMC hack only works on consoles running dashboard version 7371 or lower.
