Wave13 update and cant flash now Lite-on..full details

So I got caught in the update loop, ran the update via USB, got to dashboard. Grabbed current JungleFlasher and Firmware. Connected my Lite-on drive to my PCI to SATA card, opened JF, found Lite-on drive proper. Ran the LO83info, opened tray, closed tray half way and pulled power from back of ROM, waited a moment, put power back on ROM, pressed ok in JF, pulled out tray all he way, hit ok:

its not a 8345 lite-on anymore

as you can see from your log, it says it is a 0251 lite-on

you cannot extract the key with LO83

you will need a probe 3 in order to get your key

Ok, got my probe made today. Got it earsed and in vendor mode...BUT as you can see in the attached, something does not seem to be right...missing Name and size. Everything looks proper on the FirmwareTool32 screen.

Exactly. Currently sitting on 1.91.


As far as my probe goes:

I had my pcb department use my stock/oem DVD power cable, extend to 18inches, add a switch, and add a test point (similar to a needle). Finished flashing and wrapped the test point in electrical tape and left inside 360. This way I wont loose it for furture use :win:
