Way of unlocking drive without soldering?

I've been reading up on the JF guide and, it says theirs three ways to unlock my drive (03 mxic) first are by buying additional hardware, and soldering, and the third is to just solder. is there a way around soldering?

and if there isnt can someone give me a clear descrription on where I need too solder. The picture in JF TUT doesnt help.

i did, no help.. and I didn't say i was going to give up. If thers no way around then oh well, Ill just solder.

There is 1 way to do it with out you needing to solder. Get pro to do the work

Or purchase the tx unlock pcb replacement.

yah a pcb is the easiest way without soldering and all the posts about tx pcb and even ads from xconsoles for the pcb says solderless or solder free lol

ive searched. All i found on this site were videos for soldering on a phat (I have a slim)

There are no videos on how to do it here, just tutorials of where to solder the appropriate part/ cut traces / re-solder.
