Ok so, i know, you're all heard the news and, i'm not here to complain i'm not here to cause any panic any dissatisfaction or, ummm, ok nevermind
We all have to point the elephant in the room, when team Xecuter made the new Switch hack possible, we are all knew that, Nintendo gonna come after it and, possibly make a reaction and, the fact is, they have a right to do so because, this product aiming it's their intellectual property ok so, right now, all of us want to get our hands to this product all of us want to get our favorite homebrewers and Emulators (specially Emulators) up and running in our Switch.
Now we all aware that Nintendo is going after the Resellers because, it's all they can do to prevent this product to get in retailer's hands, ok so far, they wanna cut the middle man, means they wanna cut us from Team Xecuter by cutting the middleman which are the resellers.
So, do we have any backup plan ?
Can we think of a way which we would be able to, turn Nintendo and get our hands on that shiny modchip ?
Can Team Xecuter do, something so they would get the product directly to our hand or can we do something ?

Regards

Nintendo can not control or stop every single country in the world. The parts are available just may be more than a couple days shipping. The smartest thing would be to stop marking the box and marketing them as "modchips" and sell them as electrical components with no software. What they "could" be used for is not a legal issue for seller but when they are specifically marked and marketed as "mod" devices for specific systems then it becomes illegal.

hmmm, hey, i never thought of it that way
If Team Xecuter would remove the Software and also Remove the specifications and branding it as a mod-chip then, it can be sold without legal issues
It's illegal because it's labeld and branded as a modchip for an specific device
This can be a backup plan xD
Or at least an alternative solution

Several chips, boards, mods, etc for sale all over the internet. For example a M0 trinket could be used to run alternate code on a system but it is not sold as such as it can be used in a thousand ways other than that.. The end user makes the choice of programming with chosen software. By adding the SXOS with the parts they are creating a kit to modify a specific sytem and software so you can claim specific damages. They also could have NIN code in their program which helps NIN case. Courts have ruled "jailbreaking" is legal but it gets complicated.

I don't need one myself butI have been curious and looking around and found a few places offering them. They are vague in th description but they mention the right points. I'm confident they will be available. These sellers and others just started under the radar.

I desperately need it for RetroArch
I 've even bought a 512GB of ram for my roms, i honestly don't care about the Switch games themselves i don't even play modern games
I just want to have my retro games on the go because this Console has all the buttons and power i need to run Consoles like PS1 N64 Dreamcast and some other stuff
I bought Switch Specifically for this purpose
I have a PS4 Pro for Modern games n stuff like that
I live in Turkish and i don't know if i ever can get my hands on a reseller near my Country
I just hope i can get one as possible :(

If modding was illegal, then they need to remove every Ms. Pac-Man arcade cabinet from the world. Because every single one of them is just the original Pac-Man game with a mod chip that changes its gameplay settings and puts a red bow on Mr. Pac-Man
