LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM weedis

hi i just got the unlocked pcb from tx. i got my firmware and key and i am ready to write to the new pcb. when i intro device id with phat button clicked it goes into vendor mode but the spi button doesn't show up. if i liteon erase it does the same. if i switch to the slim button and intro it says chipset n/a if i intro again it goes to vendor mode and displays all the info it should including the spi status 0x00 if i click write at that point it freezes and will not continue.

Has the PCB got a Write Protection switch have you enabled?

yes it came with a seperate switch and it is set to unlock

Have you got another cable that you can use....it looks like you have the probe 3 cable attached

yes i just switched to a never used cable with no probe still won't detect and when i get it in vendor mode no spi status and when i click write it freezes

Are you able to try another PC

i tryed 2 other computers and finally tryed the kamikaze hack. i really think the board was broken somehow. i even flashed my other slim and phat to make sure it wasn't my tools or cables. i hope my friend can return it now that he doesn't need it.
