Weird little thing happened...

I was playing DOAU 2 off the hard drive the other day and noticed in the middle of the game my chip indicator turned from blue to red.

I rebooted after I finished playing and everything came back normally.

I have never used Xbox Live! but I did have the box hooked to my LAN.

Here's the details:

1.6 Xbox
250 Western Digital HD
X3 with BIOS build 1957
Booted the game from Avalaunch Alpha v0.49.1

Anyone know of a reason that happened?

I did a custom IR mod with a 12V relay off port 4, whenever it is used it causes a voltage spike that turns the X3 panel to purple. Any dramatic voltage shift will mess with it, so I got rid of it. It's nothing to be worried about, maybe the graphics got heavy and then abruptly stopped and that caused a fluctuation.
