Every time I try to plug my JR Programmer v2 into my PC, the green light fails to turn on, and my computer fails to recognize anything was plugged in (I do not have it switched to bootloader mode at this point). Although, when I am in bootloader mode, the red light turns on and my computer recognizes that something was plugged in. I tried updating the JRP firmware in JRunner as a possible fix. Here is the log:

Supposedly I was successful, but when I unplug the JRP, switch it out of bootloader mode, and plug it back into usb, the green light hardly ever turns on. When it does turn on, it struggles to stay on (it is very dim and flashes on and off).
Does anyone know what might be going on?
