weird problem with xell on Falcon

im turn on the box he boot to xell really fast but after the part he ask for dhcp ........

im getting 2 red lights and no signal try 10 times , to see if i can get my cpukey, but it doesnt work , what its could be solders or ECC/NAND ?

yes connected they work really fast (sound on max) , but without any DVD drive , that could be because there isnt network cable ? because xell look that ask for ip or something than crash with 2 red lights.

i was so happy to see Xell screen after the bad day yesterday with my Zephyr , i've also reprogrammed the CoolRunner to Falcon insted of Zephyr .

im must to make one box of mine to Glitch !

sounds like you have broken the seal between the heatsink and the die when you removed your board from the chasis. put new thermal compound on and it should be fine. the stock thermal paste becomes very dry and often lifting the board out by the heatsinks breaks the seal.

ive just back to my stock NAND without the fans the xbox work very warm on dash 5 min without fans , but in xell after 30 sec ?!?
sound something else ...
if xell boot its said that the coolrunner is ok right ?

dont know what happend but this glicthing progress kill my Falcon , he worked days after days , but now without nothing mod just my stock , the console gimme 2 red lights after Xbox welcome screen, so bammer !
