I can't get my reset adapter to work either, and it seems like there's not much help available as to what to do about it. The connection of it seems simple enough so my guess is that they've sent out a defective batch of adapters.... To make things better, it seems as though there aren't any places to buy the adapter as a separate piece and I highly doubt Xecuter would send out complimentary replacements.

#1 for replacements and the like you need to check with your resellers.

Second, I would check though the threads to see some of the problem users have had with the reset/eject board. It seems there are a few of them and the end users have mostly solved all the issues and they had to do with things like bridged contacts on the board. Pushing to hard on the padding causing shorts to the case.

I would remove the eject board from the side of the case and try plugging it in like that see if it still doesn't work. If not it is probably a short on the board and I would see if I could find it and fix it. If you are not able to fix it you would probably need to contact your reseller.

My guess is it probably got pushed to hard against the case and is shorting against it thought he pad.
