LITEON 0225 Weired, Unlocked Winbind PCB without drilling and without changing the IC

Today I got 2 Slim 0225 devices to upgrade their firmwares to LT+2.0
and here is the surprise

the chip isn't drilled neither using a dremel nor a soldering iron, and if you look carefully to the IC itself it is OEM and nothing changed on the board.
I looked at the back and nothing was modified.
and when I plug it in the PC using the CK3 Rev D + USB Pro
I found that the chip is unlocked SPI Status : 0x00.
How ?????? WTF??????????

it isn't an unlocked PCB from TeamXecuter.

So plz help ??? how that could be possible ??

It may lock if you update to the latest dash

it is 13599 , the newest the drive was LT+1.92 and I updated it to LT+2.0

What's the Label on the case say?

yeah it is a 250GB doesn't have a memory chip I have a picture for it 1 min I will upload it

so ur dash now is 13599 if it is update to the 13604 and tell as what hapen if u can thanks

I don't know who solder them,, a customer just brought 2 of them 0225 winbong unlocked so I captured pictures before returning them to him, they came from Israel.
the weird thing that the only changes are those soldering .
I can't update them I don't have them now, but I think this should make no difference because the previous dashboard locked the 9405 to 272 so why it didn't do the same with those winbond ???

first bad soldering , second its clear its a pre dashboard unlocked pcb

I removed the screw so i can look at the back of the pcb, and i found nothing
