LITEON 0225 Weired, Unlocked Winbind PCB without drilling and without changing the IC

I removed the screw so i can look at the back of the pcb, and i found nothing

so ur dash now is 13599 if it is update to the 13604 and tell as what hapen if the drive stay unlocked or not tanks

but are you sure the consolle are new? never opened? seal of warranty?
you have log when read key? is possible it was a 9504pcb with lt+ written?

guys i bought loads of these pcbs from china, they are 9504 pre dash unlocked, simply i install them and write the 0225 firmware to them , and leave them unlocked, as they are winbond, this is the situation that happened

the pcb is clear that its swaped with a 9504 pcb flashed with 0225 firmware
