Well i just got banned!!!!!

i have a Hitachi 46 drive with the new 2.4 FW and i was playing Ncaa 07 last night (backup) and all was well. Today it would not connect to xbox live. So i tested my connection and it failed at the xbox live part. So i went to the more info section of IP address and it said this console has been banned!!!!! I put in my original to see if it would change things but nothing Funny thing i waited, not connecting to xboxlive until yesterday and updated my FW and still got the axe.

same here i just got banned like no more then a few minutes what a bunch of crap

was in halo 3 beta, just to start a game and it froozed up

have the toshibia-samsung with 5.2d modded

yepp it's true. My cousin just got banned from xbox live also. he lives two floors up from me but luckily i still haven't got banned. i'll take a little brake from going on xbox live and let things clear out first. o yea by the way my cousin has a TS ms25 drive and i have a ms28 so i hope thats the reason why im not banned yet. the moderators should put a warning about this in the news page or sometinhg.

People with consoles that are not modified are getting the same issue. It sounds more like a Live issue than a ban....
