yes thats true, people on xbox.com having the same problem but of course whom is gonna admit that they have a modded xbox on their anyways, well i want to play h3, so i htink its time for a walmart run and new inerds for my 360 lol

wwhatever the issue is i still tihnk they were trying to make a move against the modded 360's but somehow the regular users got dragged in this too somehow. im just assuming though
How likely will it be, however, for a person w/ a modded console to get their account back? Thats what I wonder. I doubt Microsoft wants to lose money considering their losses w/ Xbox1.
yea they would lose alot of people to not only xbox live, but also people from buying their consoles, cause i would have no problem, being only nintendo like back in the 90's and i wont get a playstation, so im stuck with the wii, hurray a fun console for once

Somebody on the xbox forum said it is doing it to his and his brothers 360 even though according to him, his brothers hasnt been on live in months, He seems to think its an IP issue that is causing the problem.. Maybe certain ISP's are having problems connecting??? who knows.

Now, if people were to be on Live without paying for the service or something then I would see how that would warrant a ban but in this case whether the game being played is a backup or the firmware is modded is irrelevant because the person is still paying for the service. If someone does not have a legit copy and there are a 1,000 other copies those 1,000 people still pay the money to play online. They aren't going to stop people from making backups so they still take the loss from the game revenue and then they add in the loss from the Live revenue because of the bans. If I get banned it doesn't bother me at all, and I'll spend the money I was going to pay for the service on something else since Microsoft doesn't want it.

Mine was stated clearly in the "More Info" button for the "NAT Settings". I ran the test, and it made it all the way thru until "Xbox Live".

well im enjoying graw 2 with my back up an still no ban so maybe its a f**k up at microsofts end will post back later
i booted my 360 with the back up in the drive from lastnight and im ok up to yet, but i will post back later if anything changes
