Ok so im getting No Flash Controller detected and im trying to pinpoint the the part that is causing this. I soldered and re- soldered pretty much everything.

The first board (without the hole in the middle)

I flux, put solder in the holes flux, place QSB on, Flux, then solder.

But the second QSB (the one with the hole)I did this one first and i didn't know to put solder in the holes so im thinking that's whats giving me the problem not a secure connection?

Also i might have burnt the QSB a bit but i don't think i burnt the pad.

The second image i have tried desolering that QSB But i cant get it off, cause i think that's were the screw up is
Thanks in advance for the help.

A galaxy far far away....
OK If you get the error in NANDPRO "Could Not Detect a Flash Controller" It is 99% likely that your soldering is very poor or that you have maybe overheated / damaged the traces on your motherboard so the NAND cannot be read / detected.
not to insult you but by the pictures I would have to say that your soldering is very poor

Practice soldering elsewhere I would do a direct wire install if your soldering skills were there it would be no problem I would wait and learn better soldering skills personally I hate qsb the wires are easiest if you can solder
Il practice direct wire on a computer mobo fill the holes with solder heat up and i should be able to push right through right?

^ To be honest, looks bad...

In my opinion, if I were you, either I would take the Xbox360 to someone who could Jtag it OR lock the Xbox360 in a safe and practice my soldering for atleast a week. Then maybe try Jtagging it myself.

yeh agree looks kind of bad, some of the solder looks like it is touching the other, practice is the key. as of yet im a noob at soldering but i have a board that i am currently soldering the hell out of lol till i master it.

Here is an example of a reverse jtag wire install i did ages ago :

Hope you can see the points, you need to be a little more careful with the points or as others suggested, get someone to do it :)
