how stupid am i very newbie here and to this modchipping but ive read all the posts and tried to flash my new x3.i need someone to take pitty on me and give me some straight forward advice to do this.The screen says flashbios 3.0.0
flash from hdd,disk,etc,thanks

No Audio/Video No Red Lights

Anyone have any specific idea of what may cause this error? I did replace the heat paste yet again on the GPU and CPU and got it to boot once, turned it off then back on and yet again lost all Video And Audio.

I can sync a controller to the xbox with no issue, and i can even turn the console off with the controller.

So it seems that the console is working but something is preventing the video from working, have tried regular av cables and hdmi with same results.

Turn on the console and has it's booting up hold down Y and the right trigger on the controller. Turn the console off after a minute and turn it back on. If that doesn't work you may have to reflow the ana chip.
