Hey im new here just now figuring out a lot of stuff but what i need to know is what all do i need to get to flash and mod my drive to play burned games. (Backed up games)

Drive: Philips DG-16D2S (Lite On)

So my question is what all do i have to buy and/or get for me to do my thing.
