this is in the wrong forum...but you have a choice of either the x2 4983.06 where you get one big f drive or 4983.67 your drive space is divided into 2 partitions where F gets up to 137gb and the rest goes to G drive
okay i used the 4983.67 and it just takes me back tot he flash bios screen. am i installing a wrongly labeled flash bios. Ive heard that you have to fill the memory my chip can take a bios 1024 in size but the one im installing is 256 does this matter
you need to flash the chip with a 512k size...not 256...after flashing make sure you switch to bank 1 and you should be good to go
sorry but do i convert to 512 or should i be able to find one, also do i flash from bank two to bank one are from bank one into bank one
you can make a 512k bios by using x2bm found in the downloads section of this site and you can use either bank 1 or 2 to flash as the 512k bios you flash will automatically end up on bank 1

Go to the #xbins on mIRC and download 4983.67 from x2 folder. This download will come with a resize file. You must activate the resize for your new bios to work. Once you do this, ftp your resized (and renamed to bios.bin) file to your xbox and presto!yanick said:
