What can happen if you give your CPU Key away?

If microsoft wanted to I am sure they can look in there database, and ban your system, other than that, the cpu key is only useful for that console, so why would anyone want it unless they are decrypting the nand image from your console.

Somebody is willing to sell me a very valuable file for big money and the seller said he doesn't want me leeching it to others so the seller said he'll make it only available to my console thus me giving him my CPU key

That guy is full of sh*t, I wouldnt trust it. What exactly are they offering? If they were really concerened with it there are alot of file encryption programs out there.

He's offering me a MW2 Patch with some mods that have been patched that he found a way around that are highly profitable he has given me proof etc. He said that the patch will be only usable on my console which he said he will need my CPU key to preform he also stated that if I attempt to leech the patch to any one he can brick my console on spot and do various other terrible things! Due to the fact of him having my CPU Key...?

there are plenty of patches available freely on the internet for use with the 360, I wouldnt do it just because they threatened to brick your console, if you shared it. If you really want to cheat, and use trainers which are fun to play around with, I would try XPGChamillion 1.30 which is completly free and a quick google search will take you in the right direction. also this works with like 200+ games, including MW2.
