What can i enable or disable in the network section in Dashlaunch?

So i found out why the xbox live connection test results says "Blocked" or (Null),So i checked in dashlaunch and went to the network section and found "livestrong" or "liveblock",are those the only functions that prevents me from connecting to Xbox live?,if those are then i'll disable them?
