What did i do

When i got the xbox all wired up and running good i had "flashBIOS 3.0.0" and all the other stuff below it on the blue screen. I found a bios, burned it to a cd-rw with 100mb dummy file. The xbox picked it up loaded it turned off just like it said it would, now i turn the xbox on and "flashBios 3.0.1" is on the top of the screen, thats the only difference everything else is the same. I try to hold the white button on start up but i feel like im suppose to do this in a different screen. I dont know whats goin on im lost pleast help ive loaded the 3.0.1 bios and dont know where to go now.

You found Flashbios 3.0.1and flashed that to your modchip,
Now you have to find an X3 bios, eg. X3 1959 and flash that to it, that will allow you to boot a dashboard and run backed up games etc.

Im having a lot of trouble locating a place to get x3 1959 ive tried looking in packetnews for a place to get it off iMRC but that turns up nothing, can you help with this one.

go to xbox-scene.com and look up xbins. there is a tort that shows you what to do.

having trouble tryin to get connected to the xbox. im useing flashfxp and i try to connect it says "coneected to distribution.xbins.org" then "220XHD" then "user anonymous" (i have anonymous checked because i dont know what to put in for user name and password) then its says "530 user anonymous access denied" dont know where to go i try flashing x3 bios 1859 and it wont read it off the disc so im tryin to connect and it wont happen either

my friend tried flashing his xbox but couldnt do it

now im trying to as i have done i before but other drives

in the newest jungle flasher i go into MTK tab and my drive shows up in driver properties as

vendor: TSSTcorp
Name: DVD-ROM TS-H943A
F/W Rev: ms28

is this correct?

just when i click sammy unlock as stated in the tutorial it says

stage 1-3 complete
done!
sending vendor intro
vendor intro failed



can anyone help as i dont know what to do, i do hav his original firmaware saved

i tried a backup game and this screen came up saying to play this disc please put it into a xbox 360

then others just went to a white screen with the xbox sign and says xbox 360 :S

1st off we need to know if the drive has been flashed before if so you dont use sammy unlock to put the drive in vendor mode put the drive in half way position for ix 1.5 or above if flashed with 1.4 you need to put the sammy unlock disk in the drive to bypass the firm guard ( i may be wrong not done a sammy drive for ages )

This is why JF tutorial states assume modded if unsure for Samsungs!

If you're on VIA / Nforce use DeviceID / VCC Trick to unlock.

Read fw, check 0x4000 for keys - hope.
