You don't take a folder. You take the files that you require from inside the folders. What is it you are trying to do?

hack the bios and flash the x3 chip and i can get back in even if im band i will tell you if you want me to

No thanks, I'm quite capable of getting in and out of Xbins.

You need to navigate down to the X3 bios folder, and download the version of your choice (it comes as a .RAR file). I would recommend you get the latest version (3294).
