i flashed my x3ce with x3 bios off xbins and it had a green bar then a yellow bar then turned off that means it was susccesfull right ? now when i boot my box up i get a error 1 when i quick pressed it and the bank is blue so the chip was enabled so why was i getting a erorr 1 ? please help

Make sure pins 13 and 14 are soldered correctly and check all the rest of your installation.

yea i checked em and my x3ce lights up blue same with the bank switch but i still get error 1

Try reflashing the 1st 1mb bank with a new fresh downloaded x3_3294 bios.
