About two weeks ago i purchased a Nand X from modchip.ca. it always wouldnt detect the flash controller after the drivers were installed and my wiring was re soldered somewhere around 50 times so i was like maybe its defective. so i took a 2 hour journey to my buddies house with my xbox's my nand x and all the wiring installed. he has the same product he purchased it from the same place i did a month prior. his computer is the exact same set up as mine win 7 64x anyways when i got there we plugged mine in and "could not detect flash controller" plugged his in and bahm! nand read! i do have to say that little thing is fast!! but on to my question considering my wiring was fine and it was installed correctly how exactly do you go about a replacement mod chip said to confirm with the forum if i could if not send it back for testing also since i got it it made a shifting noise when jiggled/ pulled out of the box or any fast movement i also took a video of his dumping my nand and mine not. i have been here alot first time i signed up and posted i own many tx products they all work great! except my nand x
so how would i go about getting a replacement do i send it back to them and wait for them to test it? buy a new one and test it against it even though ive done that with a friend? upload the video so maybe a mod can confirm that mine was defective and modchip.ca will send me a new one? thanks im really looking forward to using it with the new add on coming out.
