what is a NSTC

what is a NSTC and what does it stand for and how do i make my own SS files and others like that like DMI i think and there is one more but i dont remember that one.

NSTC is region... north america mainly i think... PAL is Europe and such... cant play PAL games on an NSTC console

There are three different Region codes you got PAL, NTSC-U, or NTSC J. PAL is all over Europe, NTSC-U is America and NTSC-J is Japan.
