As far as programs... there's only one now JRunner.

Nandpro v3 has nand-x qsb wires. I'm not exactly sure what you mean...

That comes with a LPT cable - same as nandx just slower. They both read/write the nand. I suggest if you don't know what that is you begin reading before purchasing anything. If you don't know what you're doing you can render your console useless and have a fancy paperweight.

After second glance that doesn't come with a LPT cable for reading the nand - you would need to purchase a nandx as well or a LPT cable.- My suggestion is nandx its quicker and easier to use.
