what is the voltage of pll_bypass because i am getting nothing on the multimeter only i can measure the 10k resistor when putting the multimeter on the green wire and the ground
As far as I know (I welcome correction, I'm just trying to help) a PLL does not put out a fixed frequency DC current and so therefor the voltage wont stay fixed for you to measure. A PPL carries a signal which changes much fast than the response time of a regular multimeter. What's the problem with the console you're experiencing?
