What is this?

I was installing an Xecuter 2.6 and my finger grazed this piece of electronics. Apparantly the graze had enough pressure to pull this off the board. Now (no chip currently) the box will show flubber screen and Xbox logo, and with chip installed will just show that it is loading the bios.

Lightly circled in red.

So just how badly did I mess up, and how should I go about correcting my stupidity?

Hmmm.. My guess would be to resolder it on! I don't think microsoft would engineer a useless capacitor (i think, can't read the label) into thier equiptment. I may be wrong though.
