ah, admin, if you read this, your upload avatar script seems to be broken, i get this error output when i try to upload a custom avatar:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 510 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /includes/functions_upload.php on line 74

the avatar necer shows up. when i try to use a URL it doesn't give error output, but never uses the avatar.

I get the same thing on avatars and on the thing to attach a file to a post. My website does that because my webhost refuses to disable safemode in the PHP settings in the servers config folder.
