What size nand do I have?

Hey guys my Nand-X arrived today, fantastic product. I soldered it in and updated my dash to 7371. I have just dumped the nand 3 times and they all match. I used Coolshrimp's Jtag tool and selected Jasper (256MB). I am just wondering if I chose the correct size before I decide on installing/flashing Freeboot. On the side of the box it says 256MB but when I look at the free space I have 322MB. I read in another thread that a 256MB nand chip will result in ~220MB free space and 512MB nand ~450MB and this is what has me confused. My chip is a Samsung 904. I did do a search but didn't come up with much.

Open one of your nand dumps in flash 360 tools and it will tell you the size of your nand and the motherboard revision on the bottom of the screen.

true, in the bottom right it says what mobo version and nand size.
