what Stock firmware to use (Benq VAD6038)

Hello

I got a phat Xbox 360 from around 2007 with a benq VAD6038 rev. 64930C.

What stock file should I use? The E030 one? And what is the correct way to go? i mean like

ex. 1) downgrade with file xxx-0xx.bin
2) upgrade dashboard by connecting xbox to live
3) upgrade firmware to newest xxx.bin
etc.

my Key i @E040 and is now running Lt+1.9

I want to finally upgrade to 3.0

I think I have figured that I need to use Stock FW -> E030.bin

but how about upgrade 3.0 FW.. Is it always 0442 after dashboard update?

Yes you are correct the firmware version changes after the dash update
