What temps and settings should I use to reflow a xbox 360 Gpu?

So I was thinking sometime to purchase a aoyue 968a to re flow xbox 360 boards and a griddle to preheat them. I'm wondering what are the steps and temps and setting you need to re flow properly also How long to re flow at each temp. When Reflowing should you also reflow the cpu just to be safe. What are some other tips to help me along.

Seconded. If you're planning on doing a lot of them just go balls out and spend the money on a reflow machine. You're going to trash the same about of boards with that griddle setup as with a pro machine, but in the end you'll have greater results.
