What to buy for cr4xl & demon nand install

I have a phat falcon that i'd like to get RGH installed on. I'd like to run a dual nand as well. But im a bit confused as to what to buy. Im in the US and buying everything on modchipcentral if possible.

So I know I need the CR4XL and the JRV2 programmer, but they have 2 demon nands listed and both work with phats:

So which one do I want?

Is there anything else I need for a falcon RGH install?

Get the phats demon, also I would Google rgh 1.2 for your phats as the cr4 has problems on phats and doesn't work well

The demon will read n write to the nand, so no need for a jr programmer.
