What to do after nand is flashed?

Hey all,

I finally got my xbox rgh'd and installed the hacked image onto my xbox 360.

i used 360multi builder .7 and when i went to games on the dashboard xexmenu was not there so i manually installed it with cd.

My next question is now, is how do i play my games on my xbox without having the game in the drive. basically playing off of usb or external harddrive.
