what to do now after install of coolrunner ?

im really new to this scene , ive just finish to install the chip , after all the ggbuild procedure , and after write my nandflash.bin , but now i cant see the difference , the dashboard is the same dashboard , what do you prefer to do now ?

by the way my first goal is to make this 360 to mediacenter like my xbox with XBMC ...

how can i FTP to the console without internet , im affraid from microzift

Your first thing is to get xexmenu installed download iso and burn to disc you can also put it on a USB but I don't like that method.

Use an Ethernet cable and plug the Xbox directly to computer to FTP use winscp or other FTP client.

Install DashLaunch, transfer FSD over to your hard drive, transfer some games across (ones you own ) and away you go.

There are plenty of thread on the forum, do some searching and you will be up and running in no time at all.
