Hi, I got a 360 slim new this week and low and behold (Saw This Comin) Its an Hitachi. So has any1 besides c4eva looked into the drive, cause if phat and slim Lite-ons waren't that different, what about phat and slim Hitachi's. I'm just saying could the Slim Hitachi be that different and more difficult then the phat Hitachi? Thanks!

The slim Hitachi drives cannot be modified at present, I suggest either donating the drive for research (to c4eva or Team Jungle) or selling the console and buying another in the hope that you get a Lite-On drive

.Get your dad to bring it back saying my son didn't want it, go to the next store and buy another. Rinse and repeat if it's hitachi.
