What type of flux should I get?

I was thinking about JTAGing with the new glitch exploit. I know the basics of soldering(what to do and what not to do) but I had a question on flux.

What type of flux should i buy? Examples:

Paste : Radioshack
Clear Flux Solder : Radioshack
Normal solder (has flux in it?) : Radioshack

I know I should research more but I wanted to get advice from modders and not some joe on the street.

Oh, and im hearing that normal, rosin core solder has flux in it. Im assuming that its not enough flux to make the connection better. Am I right?

For purchasing it within the USA, I would get chip quik.

This is probably going to sound bad but ive been using lenox lead free flux from lowes, and dont even know what kind of solder, but it looks great when im done.
