What version do i have?

Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, I've looked around the forums and havent found anywhere better.

I got my xbox January 2005, so it was ordered at the earliest in December (i got it as a present). I'm assuming its a 1.6(b?), but I don't know how to find that out. Can anyone confirm that for me/tell me where it says what version it is? Thanks in advance.

did you use search straight away for did you ask simple questions? i know i asked questions that seemed hard to me but was simple to others
