What version is my xbox?

I read the how to guides out there, but they don't seem very clear. Here is what I do know - My xbox was made in 2005. I see Focus printed on the video chip. Also, I used the multi-meter and show all pins but pin 2 are connected. Pin 9 was connected, so I was thinking I have ver 1.4? Any other tips to help me figure out what I have?

If you're installing the X3, it doesn't make a difference. You obviously have either a 1.4 or a 1.5. They are both modded the same way. It only matters if you have 1.6/1.6b or, obviously, a 1.0 with solder in the LPC holes. In any case, that tutorial on xbox-scene mentioned above SHOULD tell you for sure.

This is the link I uised. It tells you, you can use a multimeter to help determine if you have ver 1.4 or 1.5.
