What would I need to flash

I took my 360 slim apart. and found out it was dg-164ds winbond lock. Now I am going buy a replacement PCB dg-164ds unlocked but im wondering what I will need to flash it? Will I need a usb pro because I have a desktop with sata cable already. Im thinking I will just need to buy a mole x for power and use the jungle flash thing. Is this correct or will I need to buy more parts for this? Sorry I sound pretty noob but I've soft modded psp's and a wii no problem just want to make sure Im getting the right stuff for this.

Read up on flshing the 4s drive in jungleflasher, I think you can unlock the drive with a drill if you want to try that (worse you can do is go too far and need to buy a pcb anyway)

kamikaze unlocks are not for noobs and require a certain skill.

OP should purchase a TX d4s unlocked pcb and keep his original PCB for when he needs to go back to stock to perform a dashboard update. just swap pcb's again and update then swap back.

There's no need. You can build a D4S OFW from dummy.bin.

Ok so I goto purchase a usb pro vs1 megabundle 3 or any of them and most places are out of stock or I need to use a visa. All I have is a mastercard. Now another question. Can I just use my sata cable on my desktop and buy the cki power thing? Or is there anything else I could use besides usb pro that's more available?

Exactly. A usbpro will save u banging u'r head against a brick wall when it doesn't go to plan. A via6421 chipset might work but I would recommend a usbPro v2. Do it right first time, a usbPro is a friend for life :tongue:
