I have finally got things showing up in the right places on fsd using xmlconfig file......but things are going tits up #1Last night i could not cut/copy/paste via file manager on fsd2 (working before), now i can't start xex menu (also working initially) from nxe dash either, just shuts down console, which is a t*$t as i was using that to config everything. Any ideas?

Ok, deleted xex, then put it back on it worked;), however it seems the trigger for the problem occurs when I install a xbox360 game using the copydvd option on fsd2, i use the path hdd1:\games, cause i read somewhere that fsd looks in the root for these dir's.........It was in the right place cause it was showing up in the 360 games location on the fsd dash. I got xex menu working then installed the game using the above method, once done i tried xex menu, it shut the xbox down:( i then deleted the game, then xex menu worked. Also does anyone know why a can't cut/copy/paste on fsd2 under file manager?

in FSD when you Copy the Game the Right Folder is selected? (ah yes you wrote so...? )

sounds like the Extraction goes in the wrong place and kills your xex..... So just Freeboot works but with xex it doesn´t? hmmmm???

What Version are you using?

Then to the Copy thing.

I found out that sometimes there are Issues with copying as well.

Sometimes it won´t copy .xex files sometimes nothing.

Have you tried to delete FSD and put it back to the box again.
So to speak clean installation of fsd?

You take the System Update Folder out when you copy do you?
