What's JTAG able ?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know a guide that shows what consoles are JTag able ?
(PHAT consoles)

I buy repair and sell alot of these I want to come across a Jtag able one so I can Jtag it.
From what I understand Jtagging allows you to directly burn .ISO to dual layer or run .ISO off the Hard drive & External Hard drive ? Correct me if im wrong lol !
Also what are the other advantages of getting a JTag console ?

Iv'e looked online for buying one but their asking for mid £100's for one !

Just got an xbox with Dashboard: 2.0.12625.0
It's a 2008 HDMI Falcon Motherboard
It's recently played Fifa 12 so I though that would update the dashboard ?
