What's My Slim Motherboard, Part 2

I just bought a Slim, 4GB NTSC, Lot number 1131x, Manufacturing Date is 7/28/2011. It uses a 9.6 power supply, but from what I've seen, many people have said the 1131x lot numbers are mostly trinity boards. Were Corona's in mixed in with this lot number? I'm pretty sure my dvd drive is flashable, but I want to RGH this thing, and I don't have the tool to open it, plus I don't want to fat finger it and scratch it up lol.

In your Nand
9.6v is not Trinity, Theirs no HANNA chip on board so in other words your drive is 1175 lite On and a solution to this is currently being looked at. If you dont want to open it then i suggest you get your console done by a modder, simple as that.

Sure thing, the 12v = 10.83 is probably the best way to check what board is in it. However I think I remember reading something about some early Coronas coming with the 135w PSU and saying 12v = 10.83. I have seen late 2011 model Trinity's as well, including some from the Black Friday deals.

If it is a Trinity on pre-14717 you should RGH now while you can, even if just to get the CPU Key.

If it says 10.83A on the back of the console where the serial number info is, it is a Trinity ;)

Not exactly and don't hold me to this but I remember reading somewhere that some early Corona's shipped with 135w PSU and 10.83 on the back sticker just like Trinity but were actually Corona's.

I would say with a mid 2011 manu date and 10.83 that it highly unlikely that it is a Corona.

Yeah, it's weird, my brick says 9.6, back of the unit says 10.3A though. MS' really got things mixed up this time it seems. Either that, or they're really trying to throw us off. Probably the latter though.

Ive had many with the same, 9,6 brick. 10.83 console. i think its either the consoles only ever needed 9.6, or like you said ms messed up

Ok, well, good news! It looks like my 360 with a lot number of 1131x turned out to be a Trinity, even when it was bundled with the Corona power cable. Friend of mine RGH'd it for me earlier today, works perfectly!

Just had a question about the Liteon DG-1645S Drives. Mine has one. I know we can kamikaze those, unlock them, etc. However, is there a way to write cfw to those drives yet? ( I thought I remember reading that those were flashable) If they're not flashable, I guess I'll have to go replacement pcb. Meh.

There are no DG-1645S drives.

You either have DG-16D4S or DG-16D5S.
