Hi.

I just bought a second hand Slim 4GB. The label on the console says MFD 2011-08-15 and 12v...10,83A but it comes with a power supply 120W 12v...9.6A. This power supply powers my 2010 Slim fine. Is the first Corona MFD 2011-08-17 writen in stone? Gonna hang on to it untill the recent update smoke settles and then send it off to get glitched if it's glitchable. Any thoughts would be nice(other than "open it up and see if it has the chip" - I'm scared just picking it up let alone taking a screwdriver to it).

Thanks

Have a look at the x360glitchip one of my friends used it to glitch a corona apparently theres only a little bit more soldering but its kinda just as easy as the coolrunner.

I bet your friend can't point to the guide that he followed lol. The issue isn't the timing. It's building the image for the Corona CB..... And if you look at the video on x360glitchchip page, the motherboard is clearly a Trinity and the description says "x360Glitchip brings you the FIRST WORLD Corona Ready chip." Your friend is pulling your leg or he doesn't know what type of board he has.

That post is saying "corona ready" not that it has glitches the corona. That chip is set up so you do not need CLK_STBY. I am sure there are still problems with dumping the nand but don't quote me on that.
